Floyd Martin: A 42-year old man. Has some ear hair problems, as well as some attitude. V. fit (lives for the mountains). Isn’t married, claims that climbing is his only passion. V. intelligent, and good at what he does. The group expedition leader.
Carmen-Loraine Lynell: Lady in her late 20ies (the eldest of the group, not including Floyd, and Chippy, who is approx. 108 in human years), a supermodel. She is part Mexican, and v. pretty. Or at least she used to be, according to all the magazines. Her manager and probably also best friend, Luke, sent her on this trip to try and perk her up a bit, put a bit of "color in those cheeks," and "sparkle in those deep blue eyes”.
Angelina “Angel” Kynde: Is the picture of an angel: pale, thin, with long blond hair and innocent blue eyes. Is kind of a younger (and hotter) Mother Teressa. Small-town girl, grew up on a farm milking cows every morning at 5am. Now wants to pursue career in mountain climbing, heard that this was a good company, despite crabby Floyd.
O’Neil: A 25-year-old Irish guy, loves the outdoors. Has feathery white blond tufty hair. Looks like an O’Neill clothing ad. He grew up in California, but both he was born in Ireland (his mother is Irish). Loves to surf in the summer, and then go to Colorado in the winter and ski. All around, he lives for the great outdoors. Has been called O’Neil for all of his life.
Justin Timberwoods: Quite depressed. Hit a quarter-life crisis. Stunning looks, probably part of the reason for his last affair (he never really wanted to cheat, it just happened). Too bad his wife found out, and kicked him out of the apartment (hence, the reason he’s on this trip). Then he falls in love with Angel. Luckily, his ex-wife’s already filled out the divorce papers.
Lola Landers: Depressed, snappy, emotional, suicidal 21-year-old city slicker. Her boyfriend just dumped her (not that she really cared about him), and she is v. lonely and sad. She has white creamy flawless skin, and white blond hair, but her most stunning feature are her eyes- huge, grey and haunting. She is debating on stealing Justin away from Angel, just to get a kick out of it, but then ends up actually caring about Justin- something she isn’t used to doing (even her boyfriend before, it was just an on and off kind of thing).
Phyl Hydner: Youngest of the group- just barely 19. He has just officially started growing a beard, which has made him quite cocky and happy (at least, more than usual). Basically, he thinks he's the best thing that’s happened since sliced bread, but other people’s opinions on him vary quite a lot. He loves to flirt, and he really basically drives everyone crazy, although Floyd and Justin are the only one to show it (the others are either too nice (Angel, O’Neil), don’t notice (Carmen) or just don’t give a shit (Lola).)
Chippy Hynder: Has been with Phyl since 1st grade. He is the only thing he loves more than himself and flirting. Too bad he freezes to death and has to be left on the top of Macabeya Mountain, despite the designer- DKNY- Chipmunk Coat that Phyl has specially custom made for him.
